I reached out via whats app for some assistance on my order and they were so helpful and made sure we had all my measurements. They also helped me place my order with ease.

This website is not user friendly. Payment link did not work, so I had to try several times. Which resulted in two identical orders being placed and now I'm going to be stuck with an extra set I don't want. Also, site said item would arrive two days ago and it hasn't left Mumbai. Lastly, the item I wanted showed inventory, but would not let me load it into my cart, so I had to choose something else. I don't know how the clothes are, but the website is dreadful.

The customer service was quick and easy to reach. The only issue is the website for some reason was very slow

I have ordered an earring but I didn’t receive it yet. My order number is 11100284887. No update. Very disappointing.Btw my name is Hafsa imam. I used to shop from Kalki but it never happened. Please do check.

Couldn’t return unless store credit

I was sent a smaller shoe size than what I ordered. This is after waiting for 2 and half weeks post placing an order. Upon delivery I reported the issue and it took them another week to get back to me asking me to return the item. However, I was asked to bear the international return shipping cost even though Kalki sent me the wrong size in the first place. Absolutely terrible service

The site is not user friendly and not easy to browse. Payment portal definitely needs attention and it’s not matching the international sites standard for shopping ease even though catering to US customers with high prices item. I had to rely on an agent via WhatsApp to complete the payment and purchase which is not a norm.

No one responded on my numerous emails and WhatsApp messages on returning one product. It was very frustrating. I will never order from them again.

Do not order from this company especially when trying to return the outfit. Spent £31 return on a £176 outfit by royal mail . Outfit went all they way to India and Mumbai and was not collected and sent back . No idea when I will get this back to . Constantly messaged kaki on my refund and was always given the tuna round that the item was going through data quality checks etc..

Great customer service. Abdur resolved my issue promptly in the very first interaction. This gives me the confidence to continue shopping with KALKI!
