I have been a kalki customer since few years. This time One item of my order was out of stock and I was looking for either refund or replacement. I would like to appreciate Neha from customer support who helped me out and settled the case and also helped me put a replacement order along with a discount on new item. I am filing a formal complaint regarding this fraudulent business and their misleading and inaccurate information on their website regarding their return policy. I thoroughly reviewed the return policy before I purchased my item and was assured the item was returnable within 15 days and I have complied with this policy. However I am being dismissed and the merchant is refusing to address my concern claiming “the return is subject to approval”. That is NOT in accordance with their return policy!! This business appears to be a fraudulent company and are taking advantage of customers!!

It's really nice product blouse came with the sleeves on rather sleeveless and blouse is little tight on sleeves and coming off from shoulder I need to do adjustments for the blouse and I will have to pay extra. Overall good quality.

I selected expressed shipping for my item it’s been over the expected time my item has still not been shipped I haven’t received any confirmation from the company despite multiple emails. I spent hundreds of dollars for a very important event yet supposedly my outfit is still in the production phase well lapsed over my expectedly delivery time.

Never ever purchase anything from Kalki, they will promise you and never keep it up. They all will be great only till you purchase after that the customer service is so bad you can never reach them ever. I would never recommend this site to buy anything.

The saree I ordered was beautiful, with a creative and unique design. I appreciated that when ordering the blouse, there was an option to have it styled like the one worn by the model. And a big shout out to Aarti for kindly helping me with the reimbursement of the tailor cost to get the blouse adjusted to my size - I appreciate that!

Extremely disappointed poor quality and no accountability I order from kalki fashion expecting good quality but what I received was completely unacceptable the product has broken zip and the material was far below the standard definetly not worth the price When I contacted customer service for refund they refused and asked me to pay for return shipping even though the defect was clearly their fault this is highly unprofessional and unfair I expected better service from a brand that claims to value quality and customer satisfaction I will not be ordering and please my humble request for other please do not order from this site we spent nearly 1000 dollars and this is not the service we request
