Awful horrible frustrating online customer service

Kalki has great product and love the design. Have been ordering from Kalki expensive but worth it. But recently customer service online has become so bad that it’s a headache to order. We get 10 people texting you daily on what’s app and all new every time. No one talks to you or follow up with the order, I am so frustrated they spoilt my so expensive dress and I am dealing with nonsense for a month. In USA we do not know how to get it fixed. Also I want to order new stuff but every time new person text me and I have 10 phone numbers but no one follow up. There are no managers or supervisors. I wish the CEO of company know this and fix this process. We love the product but hate to order or deal with customer service. There is no human you can talk to just texts and then they take money then disappear and if the product arrive wrong size no one person will call you. You will be emailing texting just several texts and emails. No one will call or if they call listen for 2 days and then new person take over.
