Resolution
We placed an order from Kalki app online. Due to some issues, the product had to be returned. After speaking with the customer care, we weren’t getting any resolution for a long time. We then thought of connecting with Mr. Soumik Palit & he looked into the situation and executed the refund process the very next day. He also ensured us that we will receive the refund with 7-10 days. We are extremely content with the way he understood what we put forward over emails & took care of the situation.
