I really wanted to give 5 stars as I loved the style and quality of the products. I did not want to return nor did I want a full refund as I really liked the suits. I just wished that when I was asked for measurements, that I was asked the question “padding or no padding”. I do not wear Indian clothing often so I was not aware that suits came with pads. The pads were closer to my shoulders than my breast. All I asked was “Do you have a tailor in Canada I can use “? Or Can I get it altered, provide the receipt and can you give me some credit for a future purchase?” Instead the response received was I did not inform to remove the pads. How can inform of something which I have no knowledge of? Your team was aggressive in getting my business but the service fell short at the end. I suggest that when you ask for measurements, please ask the customer about padding especially for customers who are not familiar with Indian clothing. I really wanted to order another suit for $1300 cad but now I am very double minded to place another order. How can I be reassured that it will be proper?

The variety in designs is good and quality is superb at Kalki! Neha was very helpful.Even though i had issue with the online order I placed, Neha contacted me very promptly and assisted me a lot in arranging a suitable replacement and guided me through.

the lahenga I ordered was not delivered since it was out of stock. I had to scramble to order another lahenga at the last min and that was stressfull.

I am utterly disappointed with Kalki Fashion. I purchased a suit from them for my wedding—one of 10 suits I bought from various places—and it arrived not fitting at all. Despite their advertised 14-day return policy, trying to return it has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve reached out multiple times, and all they do is promise to get back to me, but they never do. Their customer service is shockingly poor and completely unresponsive. On top of that, the quality of the suit was terrible. I will never order from Kalki Fashion again and strongly advise others to avoid them. They have wasted my time and money with their diabolical service and substandard products. Truly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

The live chat was what made the experience good. The lady Shruti was extremely helpful. I don’t think I could have completed my order

I received my item that was not in optimal condition and did not fit as described. After contacting the Kalki, they shared that the size I ordered was not eligible for returns despite the website showing that I could return the item for 14 days with no questions asked. Because I did not screenshot that, they were not able to honor this. They proceeded to share with me 2 separate times that they would escalate the concern to management and get back to me within 24-48 hrs and still have not reached out after almost 2 weeks. Their quality is poor, their website is inaccurate, and their customer service is quite unhelpful. I would never purchase anything from this website again.

I have recently bought dress from Kalki and they have the AMAZING customer service , Sr. executive CRM Cherag helped a lot and was assisting throughout , he’s the best :)

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The worst experience I’ve ever had with a shopping website. I ordered 3 items. A sari, a blouse and a kurtha set, all seemed fine originally as the blouse managed to arrive relatively on time, albeit slightly later than expected, - that being said I had used instructions provided such as size chart and measurements to ensure the sari blouse would fit; but when it arrived and tried on, the stitching of the blouse is so bad, I don’t think I will actually be able to wear it, they clearly have never stitched a blouse for anyone that is not a triple A cup. However as I was waiting for my remaining items I thought i could do a return together if I needed to, as this definitely did not give me confidence that my remaining order will fit my expectations. Things went downhill from here; I was then contacted by the Kalki team via WhatsApp that the Kurtha Set I has ordered will not be dispatched due to an error with the warehouse meant that the last available Kurtha said was stained somehow and now not available for sale, this ofc upset me as I had ordered this for an upcoming mehndi party, they had offered to re-order with a 10% discount for another item, unfortunately there was nothing I liked on the website and the few items I did like (that were still showing as listed!!!) were sold out, so then i requested a refund which they obliged. (Again i continued to keep hope as they at least were transparent here) By this point, two weeks had passed, and from the original invoice all my items should have arrived by now, and the sari I ordered was nowhere to be seen. I spent another two weeks chasing Kalki for an update, only to be told each time, ”we will update you soon." After a further couple weeks waiting I have given up waiting and requested a refund for my whole invoice. (Sari and Blouse, for my troubles) I have been sent on a wild goose chase with every conversation ending with “we will update you in 24hrs” and now after the 4th time asking for an update, I was still responded with, “we will update you in 24hours”. This is the worst service I have experienced with any company ever and I am sincerely confused how they have continued to run. I should of checked trust pilot before my order as I can the plethora of unhappy customers. Please do not waste your time by ordering from here, they do not care and will clearly just string you along till they hope you give up, they could have at least offered a refund for the Sari alone which they have not yet done. At this point I am truly at a loss on what to do next. I would like to re-iterate the only item I did manage to receive was poorly, made, constructed and poor quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

I recently ordered my first Kalki fashion lehenga. It turned out to be gorgeous! The Kalki expert, Moin, was in touch throughout the process and helped me a lot figuring out the tracking and shipment of my product. Incredible customer service! I can't wait to wear that stunning lehenga ✨.

Great selection but no one cares to attend to your queries once order is placed if there are any questions or issues. This is the second time I’m encountering this issue. Wish they had a better customer support after order is placed.

Clothing was fine unfortunately most of the items did not fit. Upon contacting customer support to initiate a return, they demanded photos of my partner wearing the clothes to delineate how they didn't fit. When we refused as they had already been packed for return they continued to throw up annoyances and blockers to seemingly make the process of return more cumbersome and finally not worth the hassle of further interactions with the company.

I had a prompt support on my order enquiry from Aarti. Who gave me assurance about the status of the delivery.

Reply back to you on WhatsApp straight away when they want a sale, but I had a problem with my item when it arrived. Whatsapped different numbers to make a return but I was ignored for 10 days. I was then told that by that time it was too late to return? But I had been ignored?? Product quality was terrible too
