Update : Problem resolved
I ordered in the past and i was 5/5 satisfied. I ordered again this year and now i cannot cancel my subscription, their site says my account does not exist yet the payments go through as i see in my bank account info. Their support staff has not gotten back to me yet to cancel my sub or even any info on the ongoing packages that have not yet arrived. I hope they see this and reply at least here this is getting out of hand and im about to call the bank to seize any transactions with them. Sad how changed their site and not even having the common decency of informing us / updating our accounts in order we need to cancel our Sub... As for the cancelation , i had no plan. just month by month and i want to cancel that plan since i will not be here for several months.. EDIT 2 : The Support team reached out to me. Yes there are delay issues, however i was assured my packages will arrive. Also resolved was the issue with my account / subscription. Changing my 3 star review to 4 only due to the delay since the products themselves are amazing as i recall from last year
