Customer service is a bit slow
Ordered a crate almost a month ago and its still not shipped, contacted customer support but did not get any reply for 4 business days (my spam folder is empty too). Opened another ticket today so hopefully i get a reply this time. Ignoring your customers is not a good look. Edit: My box was just shipped, looks like they had limited flights available but customer service is pretty slow replying to tickets 4/5
