Missing 2 months worth of crates

Missing 2 months worth of crates. Crates always turn up late due to shipping issues which is understandable, but to still be missing 2 crates that I paid for and your customer service can't seem to check with the company that ships the item? I can't even find a way to get my money back either..... Edit: customer service eventually offered me a refund but it shouldn’t have taken 2 months. Also getting back to me shouldn’t have taken so long either, however I am somewhat satisfied with the outcome.

First and last time ordered.

I ordered because a Youtuber advertised it and I love Japan. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I ordered the Crate on 18 February 22, but unfortunately nothing has arrived with me. On my ticket what I have created on 05 April 22, was also not responded. Here I will never order again. They still have until Friday to respond to my ticket otherwise I get my money back.

Don’t buy, haven’t received any packages I’ve paid for

Still waiting on my February crate. Haven’t received a single one. I was very excited about this subscription box but seems they just use people. I’ve tried to contact support but they fail to respond. I would recommend yumetwins instead, at least I have received the boxes I’ve ordered from them.

The most horrible experience ever

I’ve ordered my crate back on the 9th of March and still to this day the status is unfullfilled. I’ve reached out to support on the 28th of March and they stated that my crate was packaged and is waiting to be picked up, without providing a timeframe for the shipping (it is now past the 2 weeks they state on their website for the crate to ship) I’ve tried 2 more times to reach to customer support demanding to know where my crate is only to be met with silence. After reading through other’s experience I only wish I wouldn’ have ordered it. Only a bunch of scammers and liars. If someone is reading this, do your job and refund me my money or deliver what I’ve ordered. Order #3561.

Won’t be back

I would not recommend Japancrate. This was my first time utilizing their service.I ordered March premium box as a gift for a friend. Ordered on 2/6, didn’t receive shipping email till 2/25 with no tracking information. It is now 3/30 and have not received anything or updated mailing information. Reached out to customer support and they said box should have arrived but would not provide any tracking information to actually confirm anything. They said they would send replacement box but I highly doubt that will come either. For Japanese treats I would suggest Tokyo Treat I ordered replacement gift through them and it arrived today 3/30 and I placed order on 3/17. Plus they provide tracking. Fortunately, I only bought one box through Japancrate and was able to dispute charge on credit card. Update 4/5: Friend received box today thankfully. Added star for receiving product but they clearly still have issues with shipping from what I see in comments on social media pages and here. Still won’t be a returning customer anytime soon.

Shocking company no tracking when I…

Shocking company no tracking when I used a different company got tracking from same postal service recieved that one with in a week its been almost 7 weeks now since my first crate was shipped I paid in January my second crate don't have a clue where thag is you email them they tell you it was due the 17th of march guess what nothing turned up you email they then change the date they are useless and gor how much japan apparently want to always help you this company is a shambles im so annoyed thag they can't even be bothered to reply to your emails I just want my crate or my money back ive got 2 coming thag was a stupid mistake :( trying to dispute my payments too with zlich and ive paid for 2 boxes sent them all the emails and replies ibe reiceved the company don't care they just want to take your money out of 200 people ive seen 4 people recieve there box it's not on its so bad this company just want take your money plus if you work out how much ¥ the box is worth it's max £12 worth off stuff for £35

Almost a 5 Months wait so far... lol...

Made an order in November 2021 Order #4118198483 for the December crate. Yes, that's correct guys, I have not received my crate which was supposedly my christmas gift to my family and we are heading to April 2022. While I get there is some issue with shipping, I've purchased things from Japan and other countries and received it no problem. I would also preferred more updated news and communication initiated. For those who are planning to buy a Japan crate shipped to Australia, I suggest NO ONE to buy it yet unless you're happy to wait 1 year for a crate then be my guest. Yes I'm patiently waiting but there are times I've just got to speak out to warn others because I do not want anyone else to experience to have their gift presents ruined due to delay and see the person get upset. It's not worth it. Buy something else.

No me ha llegado y la ordene desde enero…

El soporte me ha brindado un buen servicio eso es algo que puedo agradecer, pero mi problema es que yo pedí la caja de febrero en el mes de enero y hasta ahorita todavía no me ha llegado. Me preocupa un poco porque igual he pedido la caja del mes de marzo y no quiero tener este mismo problema, es mi primera vez comprando este tipo de cajas y me he llevado una mala experiencia.

I would give this zero stars

I would give this zero stars. three months since i ordered and i haven't been given any info. I had to reach out in january and they said japan post has suddenly stopped shipping to canada and that they'd ship it within two weeks with a different postal service. a month passed and no crate. I emailed again requesting a refund. they said they still hadn't shipped it yet. then march comes around and they give me 10$ off of my next purchase. Why the hell would i purchase here again?

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

I made an order for a treat crate last month. It still hasn't arrived them and I haven't received any shipping updates. I had to cancel my subscription because it was set to renew before I even received anything and I was worried I wouldn't like the treats or that I wouldn't receive the second box either. For $70 AUD, you'd expect them to at least respond to one if the 2 emails I sent asking for updates.

Honestly,I'm really not impressed. They're terrible at answering emails. I requested a refund for an accidental renewal in March (to be fair, I meant to cancel and totally got sidetracked because of life and the change in their website) because being in Canada with suspended shipping from Japan, (i already had to get in touch for a February box I never did get, though I was refunded for it.) I knew I wasn't gonna get it anyway, and it's been a full 7 days and nothing. I would also like to point out, i had to email twice a good month apart to get said refund the first time. I get dinged 66$ CAD for the subscription, which is A LOT of money for something I'm not gonna see. I just wish they would at least answer my emails. It really comes off as unprofessional, and I'm seeing a lot of other people with the same issue.

3 months to receive ONE CRATE

Ordered the January crate in December and then the February Crate. Still have NOT received a notice that either has shipped and it's almost mid March. Last contact was Feb.17 saying they were looking for shipping alternative since having issues with Japan Post (and a lousy 10$ coupon, not worth using if I haven't gotten even my first box!!). Still nothing has shipped. They are clearly all talk and no action when it comes to actually getting packages shipped. Very disappointed and honestly disgusted by their lack of urgency to fix this. Other Japanese crates are having no issues with shipping. Do NOT trust them! Order #4157214405. Edit: I have now received my February Crate in the last week of March. But I have NOT recieved my January crate yet... Still no information on when the January crate will be delivered. Edit 2: After my January package being lost in post. They resent the crate and it arrived April 22nd. However, the items sent with the package were not the ones listed in the January box. The quality of the snacks compared to the February box was way lower! 3 items were a pack of bubble gum and 2 items were the exact same chocolate snack. So I feel like they threw together the crappy snacks they had left over from previous moths just so they could say they sent me something. SOO disappointed after waiting so long for this box. Overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Where is my order

I am very upset. On December 17, I submitted an application, and they sent me only on January 6. they told me to contact them on February 6th if the order was not delivered. I wrote to them that nothing has come yet (but should wait 3-4 days for an answer). Then they sent me spare box on February 21, but so far I have not received anything and, apparently, I will not receive it. These are scammers who send parcels selectively, not to all customers. IT TOOK ALMOST 3 MONTHS! My order number #4181831413

They don't care at all about their…

They don't care at all about their customers, they barely reply and when they do you're only given a robotic response. I tried reaching them via their website, Instagram and Facebook but nothing helped. If I could share screenshots of my conversation with their Facebook (social network) empolyee I would've done it gladly so everyone will be able to see how little they care about taking care of the issue. This whole company is a scam and I'm ashamed of the fact that I purchased crates from them in the past. I can't stress enough how you shouldn't order anything from them and stay away from their website as much as you can!! You can even scan through their responses regarding other people's complaints and see how they never specify when the crate's due or what's going on with it, only that they're a small and pitiful company. Well that pitiful company stole my 60 dollars and many else's cash as you can clearly see according to the many bad reviews. Nobody cares that you're a small company when you steal money from people without feeling ashamed of yourselves.

It has been over a month and the box…

Edit: Got an answer on email finally, haven't gotten a box but the sent out a replacement for me. I still believe the subscription could be easier with a reminder and being able to edit your subscription on website as you can do with others.. It has been over a month and the box has not arrived nor can you track it, all of the sudden 40 euros get taken from my card and I get an new order. Why would I want another box when I haven't even gotten the first one? You can't login anywhere to edit your subscription and you got no warning about the second box about getting shipped. Only way is to contact the customer service that won't respond at all. Seen other people gotten respond from leaving a bad review, is this the only way?

This company is a SCAM!

There was no indication that my subscription was going to be renewed without letting me know ahead of time that my credit card would be charged. I received an email that my subscription had renewed on 2/27/22 while not having received the last two boxes from the 3 month subscription I had purchased. When I emailed them asking them for a refund on the renewal they claimed it was in the fine print that I had agreed to their terms and conditions that this would be renewed on my credit card, and that they could not refund me even though nothing has been prepared or shipped to me as of yet. This is predatory in nature and since they do not inform you ahead of time that they will be renewing this and charging your credit card, they lock you into the next purchase without an option of a refund as they claim you agreed to it when you signed up (which I did NOT). I would never recommend this company and will NEVER order from them again. I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Such a headache and not something I want to put my time and energy into. They should just refund me my money and move on. My order number is #4145448768 Update 3/18/22: I have yet to hear back from this company other than them telling me they won't refund my money for a renewal subscription I never agreed to. Why would anyone renew it if they haven't even received all the boxes from their initial subscription? They're trying to scam everyone out of their money. Save yourself the headache and hassle. DO NOT bother ordering from this company again. Their lack of customer service speaks volumes. The way they respond to everyone's Trust Pilot reviews doesn't even show they've provided proper resolution either. Never again! In addition, they can't blame their lack of proper response to supply chain issues due to Covid. That's on them!

Contacted japancrate numerous times…

Contacted japancrate numerous times about the february crate i ordered on the 24th of january. After a week of waiting with no answer i sent a new email. I got a reply that all crates were sent on the 1 of january??? (I am assuming they ment 1of february). Well february came and went and i am no closer to having my crate. I sent a new email requesting a tracking number of some sorts but have yet to get a reply, this is many days ago. Last reply i got was that the package was in transit, but they had no proof of this, i am guessing this is just a generic reply. Edit Order: 4248489467 Downgraded stars from 2 to 1. After the first review they finally answered me about delivery. They told me they had sent a replacement crate, and that it should arrive 04.04.22. Shocker, it did not. I sent a new e-mail requesting a refund. But now they are quiet again and not responding. Almist 4 months and no crate. I can not believe that this type of buisness model is acceptable in 2022. Blame covid restrictions all you want, i am 100% certain they don't do all they can to deliver a acceptable product. If they had, i would have had atleast 1 of the crates.
