Never had issues before BUT
I haven't had any issue with Japan crate before, they're usually pretty good at what they do. However, I ordered February's crate on Jan 1, 2022. Have talked with support, they gave me a tracking number but it shows that the label was printed Jan 11, 2022. It's almost the end of the month and I'm losing hope it'll actually arrive for the day I intended to have it by. Update: Japan Crate is looking into the issue. Hopefully I get an estimate of when I should expect the box. Last Update: Given 5 stars, they responded quickly and were very kind during the whole interaction. I do apologize if I have came off as a "Karen" but seeing the few other bad experiences relating to other customers having similar issues did draw concern.
