crate delayed, and my account is deleted.
Update: got a refund and they have told me they are working on shipping to Australia. My only suggestion to them if they knew there were shipping problems they should have either put on their site there where shipping issues going to other countries. Or not let people put order in until they fixed the issue Ordered a crate in December 2021 for the January crate. Near the end of January there was still no crate I needed it for a gift for my partners birthday. She was upset it didn’t come, I email them to find out they are not shipping to Australia at the moment, they are still advertising to say we ship to Australia, extremely disappointed.I tried to log into my account to see what was happening only to find out my account no longer exists. I have sent 2 emails to their help centre and still no reply.
