I love Doki/Japan crates because of how cute everything is! Their items are super adorable and great for collecting. Never have I seen something from the crates that didn’t appeal to me :)

I have subscribed to doki doki couple of times and everything have always been so cute and useful ❤️👍 I will subscribe in the future too!

Waiting for an answer since September 3rd for a refund. When it's about regular support the answer right away but no answer after 2 weeks, not even an estimated time for it. The worst customer experience.

I've ordered my first Japan Crate (the September 7 Year Anniversary one) and I'm super excited for it to arrive. I decided to purchase with Japan Crate because they have a great social media team who is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns - plus they get back to you super fast! This was a great indication that these guys are super proud of what they do and want others to experience the magic of Japanese snacks! I can't wait to try Japanese snacks for the first time. Also they are always running giveaways - I've currently entered into two so I think it's really cool how their company is constantly giving back to their customers.

Japan Crate is just amazing!!!! They have so much to offer for us Anime lovers and I could never get enough of it. Have great products that just keeps you curious more!!!!

I ordered two boxes from two separate companies- okashi crate, and japan crate. In my opinion, the okashi crate was much better than japan crate. Despite the japan crate shipping a week earlier than the okashi crate, it arrived almost two weeks later. I also wasn’t as big a fan of the selections of snacks they had. This is more a personal thing though. They also had more dagashi like treats than the okashi crate, and was the same price as it, even though there was less in it. I just dont think the value for money is there with japan crate, you can find it elsewhere.

Terrible company. I ordered a “1 time shipment” on another website they’re featured on and they continued to charge me. Their customer service was terrible and the box I did received had melted goods. I will NOT buy from them again. They also tried to suppress my bad review. Unethical. Kristina

Japan Crate has an extremely diverse and delicious array of snacks, the only downside is that it’s a little pricey.

Great crate with lots of things you can't just find anywhere! New things each time let you have a personal and unique experience!

I happily subscribed a few days ago to the monthly premium crate. But while checking out I forgot to put a promo code in that would’ve allowed me to receive a few extra bonus items. So I decided to reach out to their customer support and not only did I receive an immediate response, but one of their customer care specialist called Rion even canceled my order so that I could create a new one with the promo code I wanted. What can I say….I now believe Japan crate has the best customer care in the world. Definitely trustworthy. I’ll be recommending Japan crate to all my friends and family. Can’t wait to receive my September crate! Go check them out!

I love Japan Crate for giving me a way to learn more about the Asian culture that I like so much, bringing quality products and for seasons that even in Japan are limited to the season of the year. At first I was afraid to subscribe because I believed that being from Mexico these products would not arrive, but the box arrive in a good condition, thank you.

Hello!! Why I love Japan Crate 2: Even do I can’t buy a Crate I really love that they incluido exclusive Japanese anime themed candies and also games! I hope one day can taste those delicious candies ^^ That’s all thank you for creating this crates (^○^)!!!

It was pretty good, but some materials can be stale, I would appreciate it if you pay attention.

i mean, i like japan in general, especially anime (not a weeb tho), and japancrate basically japan compressed in a box, so it's cool :smile:
