I purchased a clearly defective product and brought it to your attention before installation. Whenever my installer seen the twisted freon he did not want to install but was reassured by your company that it would be just fine. Now 5 months 6 months down the road now my unit is losing freon and it is my responsibility to pay everything except for parts. Your warranty is written by draconian lawyers that clearly had your interests at hand and not your customers. Your company has tried to attempt to make it right but I keep falling through the cracks and my last three emails were not even returned even though they were written respectfully. Your supplier that makes your product is destroying you because our units had numerous problems and it was brought to your attention and nothing was done but pushing it on down the line. I hope this helps you in order to bring a good product to the next poor soul looking to save some money because they don't have a lot of money to spend.
