Missed 2 days of work and still didn't receive my order
I had trouble locating the mini split I needed to replace due to them being discontinued but I found one on their website and ordered it. A few days later it arrived and I got it installed and it’s working like a charm
I ordered a split system unit on 6/16/2023, was told the wrong part number on the unit I ordered, when the unit arrived my technician couldn't install it. So that was $2,462.11 out of pocket. Called Ingram's on 6/26/2023 and after a ton of back and forth with a sales rep who was talking down to me the entire time until I got frustrated. At that time she decided to be helpful. But then was told in order to get the right unit I had to pay an additional $2,702.17, and was told when they pick up the unit that was incorrect I would get a refund. I honestly had no choice, it's hot out and my kids need AC, it's summer time. The correct unit was delivered and the wrong unit was picked up on 6/30/2023. I sent a chat on Monday 7/3 to see when I would get the refund and was told they would get back to me (never happened) then today I message again for my refund and the chat person was less then helpful, I asked multiple times for a managers name and number and she wouldn't give it to me until the end. (by the way gave me the main company number) I can't believe the way I am being treated. I had to pay for two units, one would think refunding me for the wrong one would just be common curiosity considering the situation. As of this review I still do not have resolution or a refund. Stay clear of this company.
I ordered a line set and my sales person was great which is why 2 stars. I’m very unhappy with the warranty department and HAVE NOT received a call back after leaving a message about a week ago for my MR Cool unit looking for some direction. I will be submitting a claim regarding my unit and expect it will be covered by Ingrams. A local heating and AC company is taking care of the problem. I would have expected Ingrams to have at least returned my call??? This is my second purchase from Ingrams and the 1st time I called for assistance it is Ingrams no service??? Very frustrated customer…..
Weeks to ship out furnace that’s a 7 hr away when you call them to find out what’s going on with the shipment they tell it’s your problem figure it out! I did not choose the shipping company I paid you for the product take responsibility and get it straightened out!

disappointing. called in and the only guy that could confirm part numbers was out of the office. this was a friday so my renters had issues for several more days. I called back on monday and ordered parts. I purchased 4 units in 2019. i think i have now replaced every fan motor and every compressor.
