Never Again
To begin with, I requested a heat pump, but they sent an AC Condenser. This fact was not immediately available as there was no details provided on the outside of the packaging. The delivery was a date late, with no phone call whatsoever. It took days to have the AC condenser picked up, then more time to order the correct item, a heat pump. Again the delivery was a day late, with no contact. This order was a fiasco from the first day.
