I had an order of around $1200, and was informed the items were actually out of stock. I asked for a cancelation and refund. I've even sent a 2nd request, and still no reply or order received. Response to customer requests is extremely poor, actually, non-existent. Took my money pretty quick tho.

These guys know their stuff! I thought I knew the exact part and part number. They knew better than I did just from a phone conversation exactly what I was talking about and got me the right parts and shipped them fast.

I had been living without A/C since June 13th in TX. I called on Saturday the 1st of July and had my new complete system by Thursday afternoon! I would have had it on Wednesday but the third party shipper did not call my office until they were in my driveway (at which point I could not drop everything and close the office - much as I wanted to do so!).

Eric was knowledgeable, punctual, and down to Earth in a way of breaking down concepts into plain English. The four to seven business day delivery times are actually more like next business day. This company allowed me to save thousands of dollars by being able to skip the local AC companies and buy equipment directly, then having a local installer do the job. On one occasion, I bought a scratch and dent unit, which was practically flawless.
