Yay, for their customer service. Boo their website.
I could go with 3 stars, but their good customer service gets them 4 stars. You can't beat the prices for Mr.Cool parts, but the website is not very clear. There are a lot of products with very similar names, but no specifications are listed. Simple adjustments to the website like putting the connection sizes in the specs instead of just several closely named general names on things (i.e. the line sets) would have saved myself and customer service a lot of trouble. There was also an issue with an improperly priced item online as well. Because of all this I DO recommend using them for your hvac parts needs, BUT you would be best off simply calling and speaking with them to get the right parts in the first place. Again, great job to the customer service folks, but please make the website a bit clearer and more user friendly.
