I ordered a heat pump from Ingrams on a Saturday and the unit was shipped on Tuesday! I couldn't believe it came so fast. The company who delivered the unit, however, didn't communicate that they were on their way to my house with the heat pump, so the actual delivery was delayed by a day. A phone call to Ingram cleared up the confusion and I got the unit the following day. Ingram handled the transaction like a pro!

The salesman at ingrams was great, The shipping they chose is horrible, Estimated delivery was Monday, got a call 3 days prior to the day for Tuesday delivery, Called shipping company, was told in a nutshell they’re not sure what day it will come that they are short staffed. And this is a royal area that they only come to a few times a week if that. Needless to say not happy.

From the first phone call, Christina was super helpful and professional. She listened to my request, made a few suggestions, and within 15 minutes, I had placed my order. Shipping was a breeze and everything came in as expected. Still have to install it, but this company has great service from beginning to end.

The people i talked to were nice,attentive folks. They tried to help me to the best of their ability. But could never get in touch with tech department, just needed to reach tech department and thats probably overwhelmed due to the heat. Ingram sent me the wrong TXV. I couldn't get my numbers to get in the range. It cost me 325.00 to hire a tech to tell me that Ingram sent wrong valve. That was an expensive 5min phone call that i never received.

Great customer service! I needed a replacement part for my 3 year old Mr Cool mini-split system. I spoke with a customer service representative who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The part arrived quickly and fit perfectly, free shipping too!

The mini split compressor arrived damaged. I notified Ingrams as soon as I discovered the damage, 6 months after receiving it. They promptly replaced the unit. Fantastic.
