Your customer service rep Matt was very helpful. However there seems to be an unwillingness to help with diagnosis which resulted in me ordering a part which was not needed and now has to be returned. You should be able to offer more explanation of error codes, which would have solved my problem from the start.

The sale representative was very knowledgeable about getting me the right part for my Mr Cool out side unit. He was also very pleasant on the phone.

All Instructions / Installation are missing. I called the costumer service they told me this is dented unit no Installation com with it . pore shipping .The box is bigger than the unit.

Tech service is non existent in my experience. Days go by, no call back, days go by no response to email messages. When I finally get one, and answer a few questions....more days go by with no response.

The sales person was very helpful and accommodating. I had trouble placing the order on my own last minute when I decided to self pick up the unit, so I called my sales person and she took care of everything for me then sent me the exact location for pick up. Within 2 hours I was there and the order was already pulled and they loaded it right away.

Purchase of my unit was fast and easy. Very polite dock crew loaded my unit to my vehicle for me.
