Our order was delivered by UPS. The box was not securely sealed and was partially open when left at our door. We have yet to take stock of missing parts. This was 1 of 2 orders placed. We have no tracking info on the other order as we were never able to establish a login for the Ingram’s portal, which seems to be very archaic. Very poor experience.

The shopping container was destroyed during transit spilling out and losing parts. In addition the cobdensate tray was too large for my A-coil. Couldn't use it and damaged or lost pars, cant return for a refund. Wife accepted the package as it was.
The experience with Lindsey was excellent. However the order was incorrect when received. Then Linsey personally fixed it the next day - awesome. Not so much on Ingrams - their equipment, process and communication are all excellent. But I bought extension lines for a MRCOOL mini split system and it was clear you need couplings. It wasn’t at all clear you need MRCOOL proprietary couplings that are refrigerant filled. I also had to buy the communication cable that I didn’t need, which added unnecessary cost.
