Great Job no problem

Ingrams did a great job on packing and sending my new Mr Cool DYI 27K mini-split. It came in pristine condition. I have two of the three air handlers installed and they are running exceptionally well with only a few hicupps. These units are very quiet...wow!! The third handler will be installed after the temps decrease as I must be in my attic to run the lines. Thank You Ingrams Water and Air!!

The customer service was great! What I did not like was that they would not ship the part over night. I had a system down in 98 degree weather and it took them three days to ship and two more days to be delivered.

Have purchased a few times from Ingrams and it has always been a trouble free experience and everything arrives on time and in good condition.

My minisplit's packaging was very beat up at time of delivery, so I refused it and contacted support. They shipped me out a new unit quickly then followed up my issue with confirming emails to be sure all was correct.

I called the lady for ingrams and she was very helpfull with exactly what i needed. I recieved it faster then anyone else could get it to me. I installed it into my park model home on the lake in 4 hours. ther was a plumbing company instaling a conventinal a/c in the model two over from me when I got there. The next day when i was riding around on the lake they were still working on that one. I also have a/c in living area bedroom and loft. They only have a/c in the living area.

Christina was a big help I’m getting it information. I need to make a decision on which system will work for us!

well i received a shipment that was not what I expected and Ingram took it back and is replacing it with replacements. Very satisfied with the customer service and support. They stand behind what they sell
