Great customer service
So far I have had nothing but a great experience in dealing with Ingram air. I had a few special needs with longer line sets and questions that have all been answered and meet. I also had a damaged delivery but ingram air took care of the issue and had me a new replacement sent out the same day I called. So far all 3 heads the 24k,9k,and 9k have all been working great. Hopefully this continues to be the case.
