Nothing but good things to say about IW&A. During the research phase of my project I had several questions and the staff at IW&A were great. Specifically Kristopher Dunkerson was excellent, very patient, informative and helpful. I had a fairly large order (2 condensers and 6 air units as well as several line extension kits) and Kris walked me through everything and quoted me for several different options. During the install process, when I had questions, again Kris was quick to seek help and get me the answers I needed. The system is up and running as advertised and I thank IW&A for all their support.
