I have no issues with my signal and I have a great price plan. What is there not to like. 👍👍😊

They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.
ID Mobile use three mobile for there network coverage and it's going get better because Vodafone and three mobile are joining forces to become one player with 29 million subscribers but ID Mobile there price's are cheaper ID Mobile i believe will benefit alot from this giving there customer's better coverage ID Mobile 5G is extremely fast the fastest i got once was 1519Mbps on ID Mobile also you can use ID Mobile in 50 different countries around the world 🌎 which is useful i get unlimited calls texts and data for a lower price than the other networks i personally myself haven't had a problem with them as I like to do most things online anyway got my deal through mobiles.co.uk which is run by the same company as Curry's plc own both ID Mobile and mobiles.co.uk been with them a long time now was with Three mobile before but ID Mobile had a better deal so I went for this to save money and i am not disappointed Love ID Mobile UK. Just upgraded to a new phone also not long ago the phone came the next day delivery in 24hrs have a Samsung phone Samsung galaxy S25 ultra 1TB
No hassle, easy to use, always able to phone and text with a minimum of effort.

Joined ID mobile recently when my phone contract finished with another provider. Needed roaming included and ID mobile was the best and cheapest price.
I’ve never dealt with a company as frustrating and unhelpful as iD Mobile. Their communication is absolutely dreadful — trying to contact them is a nightmare. They make it almost impossible to find proper contact information, and even their Facebook chat refuses to provide an email address for support. The network signal is virtually non-existent, making it unusable in most areas. It’s become a running joke in my family how useless the service is, but truthfully, it’s been a horrible and stressful experience. To make matters worse, my personal details have supposedly been updated — yet they’re still wrong. I feel completely trapped in a contract I no longer want, with no clear way to resolve any of these issues. iD Mobile has failed at every level: customer service, network coverage, and basic communication. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere.
Loyal customer for a few years no issues until i tried to get a new deal. Saw a fantastic deal, so good i also persuaded my wife to take up the offer and move from O2. Both our new phones artived promptly and my wife was able to set up quickly and easily mine was not so straight forward. Even though it clearly stated in the order i could keep my number, bacause i was already an ID mobile customer i was not able to transfer my number from 1 ID account to another however i could get an upgrade via yhe website or app. I was advised to return phone and they would refund all costs. That was 4 weeks ago and i am writing this review after chasing up 5 times (2 of which have been with the complaints dept) and still not recieved a penny back. To add insult to injury having an upgrade was at least 3 times the price of the deal. Complaints line was unsympathetic stating what would you like me to do. I am currently waiting for them to refund my handset costs also with £65 which is for inconvenience and return postage. If i font recieve it tjis time i will file it at the small claims court.
Have been with ID for years, until recently, mostly good experience. Lately , however, repeated unexplained outages....very inconvenient and a real nuisance. Tried contacting customer service, nonexistent. Went on live chat, cut off twice. Ended up on Facebook page, messenger, and got a response, but not an explanation...how do they know if it will be fixed by 11.59 pm , if they don't know what is causing it, and what they're fixing
Good service, friendly advice
I don't like to give reviews like this but unfortnateley ID Mobile have left me no choice. I joined in early June 2025. I switched my number from my old contract shortly after. Since then I can receive phone calls on my old number, but can't receive any texts or Facetime due to it saying I have an 'Activation Error'. I've gone through everything to do with my phone to try and solve the issue, even speaking to an emplyee of Apple. Who suggested that I contact my network provider. So I went on to ID Mobile's chat only to be repeatedly told if I want a PAC number what I had to do. Not understanding the issue I have at all. I rang the 0800 number that ID Mobile prove only to be cut off a number of times. I was warned before moving over to ID Mobile that their customer service was poor. I can only say what my experience has been to date, and I have to agree. You don't realise how much you need your texts messages for texts from your doctors etc etc or verifying codes when you purchased items online. I used to Facetime friends and family put are now unable at the moment while I still have this 'Activation Error' issue.
Coming to the end of my contract honestly the worst experience ever with these clowns 🤡 £45.15 per month with no 5g i. Most places, barely get 2 bars. This month We had an outage for an entire day and yet they aren't reimbursing for this they want to charge you the full amount absolutely AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Avoid. They tell you that you can use your mobile data abroad and then on the first day while you are abroad they will send you a message that you have used your cap to 80%. I have asked them what did I use 80% of cap for; they can't give me an answer. Basically they said that I will pay £10 a month for use of data 60G and unlimited text etc but that is not true. They just gave a bill for £39.44 for one day of use of my data allowances in France .
I have found their service to be very good so far. However for the less technical however it would be great if there was an easier way of contacting them.
