Not what I hoped for
What went wrong this time you ask? The fact you ask that question infers that I still have a problem with your service and I do. When I do need help I prefer to talk to a person. Yes I understand that will drive up cost but what really annoyed me was that my iPhone did not work for three days and I thought the iPhone or the settings were at fault until, on using my landline I mentioned the problem, and the person I spoke to said the same thing happened to her on the three network-the same network ID mobile use. The difference is she was told of the problem, I was not. I lost my service again but ID mobile didn’t notify me.
