Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Dishonest and passed between them and Carphone warehouse both sets of staff happy to blame the other.

ID mobile keep in touch but do not barrage you with constant social media updates and offers. No stupid price hikes or add-ons, probably one of the best contracts I’ve had. Maybe they look at each cus... See more

They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

Very good thank you
The signal around where I work in pontllanfraith is non existent also in rhymney and loads of other places I never had this issue with Vodafone over the last 10 years
Avela was really helpful - website is pretty "quirky" (broken in places) which made it tricky, but I got a great deal
Great deals, lousy customer service. I was offered an upgrade, having been with iD for the last 4 years. Decided to opt for a Pixel. Phone received in super quick time, but then found that in the upgrade my existing iD mobile number had not been applied to the phone, despite being told that with my upgrade my existing number would transfer. It's now been a year of endless online 'chats' with representatives who don't seem to understand the issue and address obviously working from a script. I've emailed and written but to no avail. I'd ike to cancel but know that this would screw my credit rating. I'm exhausted trying to get them to realise that they never actually 'upgraded' me, just sold me a new handset. Very, very frustrating. I'm now using my old iD number on its original iD SIM cards on a new phone, on my old data plan. What's the point? And now I see they are offering the Pixel Pro for less than I'm spending on the present defective contract and pay as you got SIM.
Excellent service from young man at Bishopbriggs
Very helpful and informative
I was a customer with iD Mobile for over two years. My 24-month contract ended in November 2024, but I only realised in July 2025 that they had continued charging me £34.42/month — the same amount I paid while “repaying” the handset, which I had already owned outright by then. I was told that I hadn't been overcharged because the handset was “technically free” and the contract was for “airtime only.” This is a complete dodge. Whether they itemise the phone or not, the price clearly includes the cost of the handset When I contacted them, I discovered I’d only been using around 6GB of data per month, yet I was being billed for 50GB. I was told it was my responsibility to notice the contract had ended and my fault if their one email went to my junk folder. Even after I calmly explained the situation and cited Ofcom guidance (which states providers should not continue charging handset-inclusive rates after the contract ends), they refused a refund — even though I had been overpaying for 9 months. The complaints team was dismissive and cold. Eventually, I had to escalate my case to the Ombudsman. If you value transparency and fair treatment, I would avoid iD Mobile. They seem happy to let customers overpay quietly and then hide behind terms and conditions when challenged. Disappointing and frustrating.
Really easy and straight forward just a delay in getting the phone and SIM card so ended up without network for a week and the signal is very weak in my area
Generous data package. But patchy connection most of the time. So you mostly unable to use those generous data
Superb helpful customer advisor in Curry’s sorted the changeover to your system for me
Everything works well. I have had no issues since swapping to iD Mobile. I am saving on the amount that I pay monthly.
Everything is good EXCEPT the way a customer challenge to contact ID and actually speak to a real person.
Lots of helpful information on emails and everything clear and easy to understand
I think iD Mobile are an excellent company. Their prices are fair and they’re easy to speak to. I’m rarely without a signal and can also get 5G. I previously left as I had a better deal elsewhere, but now I’m back as they had the best iPhone 16 deal over 2yrs. I also like their perks programme.
I find it difficult to get a signal wherever I travel which is disappointing. We have 3 contracts with your company.
Moved to iD after getting a ridiculous upgrade cost from Three. Got the phone I wanted and at a cheaper monthly price on a 2 year contract. Three would have matched the price but only if I paid for the phone over 3 years. So far no problems, gave iD my PAC code over the app and the switchover was done on the day they said it would be done, so all good here. No issues so far. Still get a 5g signal at my home same as before where other networks see my home address as a blackspot and I end up using wifi all the time.
Great price for the phone package
Easy to sign up and switch network. Had to wait week for the handset but worth the wait
Everything is good except the app which is only accessible by a new startup whenever it is used. Attempting log in by password or facial recognition does not work.
