I have no issues with my signal and I have a great price plan. What is there not to like. 👍👍😊

They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY
Just a very good service
Over 48 hrs for iD mobile to get back to me because my app isn’t working. They can’t work out my account details apparently. Also , I would need less id to get into the House of Lords than I need to get any help from there support team. Again get a dedicated helpline rather than delaying because you don’t know what to do.
The mobile service is awful even in main cities
I like the amount o data I DON'T like that I am unable to use it as a mobile hotspot It shows it there - it connects BUT there is no internet :(((

So far so good I have managed to rectify the problems with a little help from my friends.
Was very unsure when moving over to id mobile, it's been a case of so far so good, had a couple of issues since joining, one being the network being down for a full day, which isn't good.Still very much waiting to see how it goes throughout my contract length, in summary I'd say so far so good and I am hoping for no more disruption to service.
All seems good except signal still quite poor, ID says it is good but it is not as i only get 1 bar. Telling lies i think
Not happy with ID mobile. Ive had problems setting up my phone from the start and I am unable to make calls to certain numbers - including UK landlines! Not great and seriously considering switching back to my previous provider.... Live chat was unable to help and has escalated the issue to the 'tech' team.
Easy process to set up
Good coverage, only downside is that Switzerland is covered in roaming
