They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

Worst service and reception I’ve ever experienced. I spent the last 4 months of my contract not being able to make or receive calls at home. As I work from home this is far from ideal. I was advised to activate a new SIM card. It made no difference. In the end, I gave up and decided to move elsewhere. I wouldn’t go back, even it was free of charge! Furthermore, if I had the time, I’d report them to trading standards.

I’m a customer of ID mobile and am very unhappy with their services. Difficult getting through to their customer service. I’ve paid my monthly line rental which is &42.74 and still getting emails from them saying I’ve not paid the bill. This is happening second time plus other issues and rubbish signal issues

What a disgraceful network, My signal drops out four to five times a day and you have to restart your phone to get it back .I'm getting a shocking 5 to 10 mbs on 5G if I can get it by standing in the upstairs bathroom.ive complained 3 times but no improvement at all .don't waste your money on this poor coverage at any price .can't wait for my contract to end or I cancel on advice from ombudsman .
