They're difficult to contact. Takes an eternity to get your refer a friend. If I had the time again I'd probably just stick with SMARTY

I am subscribed to ID Mobile but I am not able to use my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have no reception at all, and can not use my iPhone.
I feel that the lack of people to talk to means I will be looking for a new provider.
The agent I spoke to was very nice, he was able to answer my questions and help me resolve my issues.
No issues, simple and easy to understand web site and app. no issues from me and a lot cheaper than the other rip off suppliers.
