A Telehealth company with no telephone number
They advertise providers that can readily prescribe medication which can be filled by local pharmacies. What they leave out it is no major pharmacies will take controlled scripts from over 50 miles away nor do they take tele-health scripts. So essentially I paid hundreds for a diagnosis, went on a wild goose chase and called 40 pharmacies which all said no. The one pharmacy that would take the script wanted hundreds of dollars for something normally $25. When I tried to bring this up to Klarity, they only respond though email and give vague platitudes about it is frustrating. They offered zero solutions. No suggestion of a mail order pharmacy, no switching to a local provider that pharmacies will take scripts for, nothing. They don’t care about improving a process for myself and others, Klarity has no interest in fixing anything, just want to collect money. They have a phone number which just directs you to their website. A company that I give hundreds of dollars to will not talk to customers on the phone, the only complaint form offered is for complaining about the provider. They don’t have a complaint form for Klarity itself, that tells you everything you need to know, zero responsibility or accountability, just a faceless, middleman collecting rent.
