Dr Pandey is the best Dr I have come across. Hard to pick words to describe him. He is all of the above. Compassionate, listens well, empathetic, very effective treatment, respectful and professional. Would recommend him to everyone looking for a doctor.

I originally picked the doctor because he advertised for phentermine but when we spoke said he doesn't prescribe but suggested an alternative which was fin so he said I had to get labs done. Well that was on March 5 and I prepaid for the labs but the status still says pending. I am hoping this isn't a scam so we will see. I requested a refund for the labs since I am just going to go to my own primary care doctor. They better refund me. He was nice overall.

Dr. Hill was extremely helpful in navigating my difficult journey of ADHD. She listened to my concerns and developed a path for better control of my symptoms.

My son needed help, he is going through anxiety, depression and alcohol withdrawals. He was put on Ativan from a previous provider and it is not helping him much. My son was trying to get help on Klarity with Alexine Nansinla. This psychiatric NP has no compassion, will not listen to your needs and will not prescribe or try a new medication. She was paid $163 for 23 minutes. Would not recommend to make any appointments with this NP.

Charles Wade is a phenomenal doctor, he is very thorough and knowledgeable. As a man it is sometimes hard to discuss mental health issues and open up in the way that is needed for appropriate treatment. But Charles is extremely personal and professional and that makes discussing health issues very easy! I would 10/10 recommend Charles!

Logged in and portal was completely functioning wrong. All messages deleted and can’t messages provider, can’t schedule appointment. All money wasted and support doesn’t even help. There is no support phone number at all. Just email and they don’t even get back to you. Nobody to get help from. This is completely unacceptable.

Charles is very professional and knowledgeable at his practice. Since my time with Charles my daddy to day task has improved greatly and would recommend to anyone!

I have been to many Pysch docs and it can be very frustrating because they look at my history and rinse and repeat what I’ve always done which isn’t working for me anymore. I have been desperate for better help for almost a year and I finally found Shelly. She really listens and gives a lot of verbal feedback. I instantly had the feeling of “I’m going to be okay” after my first appointment with Shelly. Although I am really struggling, I truly believe I will find the right answer with Shelly. I’ve discontinued working with all my other doctors and I’m only going to stick with Shelly and my therapist. I’m so grateful for this provider and I’m confident I’m in the right hands.

The Nurse Practitioner, Mary, is professional, caring, relatable and knows her stuff! I was relieved to know I am in good hands. She incorporates natural medicine options along with prescriptions, discussing nutrition and vitamins, which is a plus!

Every month, my provider not only asked me how I am feeling/doing..etc. She even helped by changing my RX dose, on my 1st appt. with her. She explained it might’ve been the rsn I didn’t feel like myself. She WAS CORRECT ! I thank her ,.&HelloKlarity.com

They make it pretty clear they are not responsible for provider treatment outcomes however they also do not help or assist when you’ve had a poor experience. It was a simple process and I do believe if you find the right provider, it could be extremely helpful. The provider I went with mentioned a medication that was going to be rather expensive and advised me to get a rebate card from their website. She said once I did, to let her know and she would send the prescription. I followed up with her twice and it wasn’t that she wasn’t responsive as she did reply, but would completely ignore me asking about that prescription. So now, if I want to actually go on the medication the doctor initially brought up, I have to pay another consultation fee with a different doctor. Effectively being out hundreds of dollars to get an already expensive medication. As someone who is suffering with their mental health, this is an added and unnecessary stressor. I think they should have policies in place where partial refunds are offered at the very least or a credit towards a different provider.
