Laurie was very on-task, efficient, and seemed to know what she was doing very well. We covered a lot of ground in a short period. Listened intently, gently steered, put the big picture together and offered a good plan for going forward. Excellent impression after initial visit. Definitely recommend.

I would give them a negative review if I could. Low level providers. Seems like a DEI hires all around. Would not recommend.

I LIKE MY PROVIDER BUT, UNABLE TO REACH PROVIDER THRU PATIENT PORTAL. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO PROVIDER THRU KLARITY PATIENT PORTAL BUT IT NEVER REACHES MY PROVIDER. KLARITY PATIENT PORTAL SUCKS!!!!! IN OTHER WORDS, IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid $118 to meet with the provider to refill my Adderall prescription because I could not get to my primary care at the time when I got on call he stated that it says in small fine print that does not show on his original page. You have to click see more to even see that he does not prescribe controlled substances in Texas so why would I be matched with the provider that cannot provide my requested medication that I’ve been taking for years? He stated he would issue a refund I have yet to receive a refund and every time I reach out, they say that he provided treatment that he did not provide zero stars they will steal your money and waste your time.

Put in $100 to get an Ambien prescription for my sleeping issue had to reschedule three times due to the lady not sending me the link untrustworthy couldn't contact them directly and had lots of issues very ashamed

James Adjin was my provider. He never sent a link for me to join so I was unable to have my appointment. I canceled 30 minutes into my nonexistent appointment and he hit me with a 50 dollar late cancelation fee. Are you kidding me. Not happy with the "service".

I was a PMHNP working with Klarity. Too many fictious patients but they would charge me $80 for bringing a patient to me. I had a total 2 out of 6 patients that were real patients. Very sketchy. Do not work for them!
