Excellent medical care and advice

They advertise prescribing ambien on their site and charge your 160$ then say they are not authorized to prescribe ambien and offer tramadol instead. Scam. The woman who talked to me had a strong Nigerian accent . Her name is Dr. Tomilola Adewolu

Horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment but there was some confusion about the date. When I tried to reschedule, the process was extremely difficult and frustrating. I ended up being charged the full fee for an appointment I never had, which was very expensive. I never heard back from the provider, despite reaching out. Overall, very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend using this service.

Kelly listened to my concerns, let me know it was gonna be okay, and offered me treatment and responds promptly to any messages or concerns!

It was a very personal and professional visit. Tara read my paperwork thoroughly before we spoke and asked me a lot of questions and really drilled down to the heart of what we needed to do medically. I was so relieved to have someone who really listened.

Be patient At first I asked myself, why is doctor sonia Mahi doing and making me do some unnecessary steps until later, I found out that she not only get you to your goal. She would also walk you through it. She will show you the water and she will make you drink it if you know what I mean, I'm sorry. I cannot go into further details about my health. But trust me, here is where you want to be with dr.Sonia.And thank you very much, dr sonia for all your help to reach exactly what I want to be your way.I'm glad I didn't follow my way...

I love the nurse I found on Klarity! I've had virtual visits before, but experience was amazing. I didn't feel like she was just going through the motions and prescribing medication. She really listened, and provided suggestions that I think will be very helpful to me in my weight loss. Plus, she was so kind and enjoyable to talk to. Great experience!!

Communication and knowledge. Jasmine took time to understand what the patient was fully going through prior to presenting any sort of treatment plan. 2 thumbs up (pretty sure I literally did that on our video call also 😄). Thank you!

I wish I could check every single box that highlights Charles Wade's strengths as a provider. I was only allowed to pick three. But, the fact that I am excited to actually brag about a mental health provider who actually is PROVIDING sincere care is something that I never thought I would do. For the first time in 20 years of suffering, dealing with prescription after prescription, side effect after side effect, all while just feeling worse, & having to wait 2-3 months to possibly follow up, I'm convinced that Wade is a unicorn of the medical field. I have never felt so heard like I do with Wade, I never feel judged. He gives you his full attention, actually follows through with his treatment plans, & most of all, he has made me feel hopeful for the first time ever that I might be able to feel normal. Being diagnosed with a mental illness is a nightmare, but what's worse then that nightmare is finding a mental healthcare provider who ACTUALLY cares about your well-being. After being bounced from doctor to doctor, practice to practice because that's ALL my past providers have done, I decided to take control because even though I was "receiving treatment," I wasn't even treated as a human, let alone a patient who desperately wants to feel better. I'd say 95% of the time my past providers didn't even make eye contact for the entire appointment. They were obviously too busy just writing more prescriptions without even checking for something so simple as a drug interaction. If you're as desperate & as hopeless as I was after doctors failing over & over, please schedule with Charles Wade. Every patient deserves a provider who wants you to feel better as much as you do. I am so grateful that Charles Wade is in my corner of this mental health battle.

I scheduled an appointment and waited for an hour for the provider and she never showed up. Emailed patient support to notify them of provider delay and only received automated messages. Not very professional. Very disappointed.

I was very relieved & happy to find a provider that would actually listen, was relatable, knowledgeable & very helpful. I was not rushed while trying to explain all my issues & left the appointment feeling relived & optimistic that we had a treatment plan. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Dr. Foley.

This was likely the best appointment I’ve ever had. So informative and understanding. Telehealth or not, she was the best! Highly recommend!

Absolute scam, I scheduled an appointment for my son. The provider was a no show $120 later. Then we found a different provider, who showed up late, charged us $170 then did not send us any of the paperwork we needed. So it was like the appointment never even happened. Huge scam!!!!!!!

My experience was great because the practitioner listened to me. Klarity health helped me connect with the provider I feel really cares about my health and about me as a person. All I can say is wow. Kia was outstanding. We immediately connected. Felt like I was talking to an old friend. She listened and understood my needs. I've found my new PCP. 😊

They refuse to refund you

They fail to inform you that just because they can provide a prescription, you might not be able to get it filled at your pharmacy. This is what happened to me. I tried CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and an online pharmacy. None of them would fill the prescription even though it had been pre authorized through my insurance. Each pharmacy informed me (and my provider) that they cannot legally fill the prescription because the prescribing doctor was not local and the medication was a controlled substance. Klarity would not refund the doctor visit although the only reason for the doctor visit was to get the prescription filled, so now I’m paying double because now I’m having to schedule a visit with a local doctor to get the prescription filled.
