Showed up 20 minutes late to our zoom meeting and rushed the meeting saying that she had to make it on her next appointment spent like seven minutes with me and tried to prescribe me medication. It wouldn’t answer the questions as to the side effects

Mrs. Foley was very knowledgeable about ADHD. I appreciated that she took the time to explain not only the characteristics of ADHD but also the treatment process. The Klarity platform was super easy and quick to navigate. So glad I made an appointment.

Dr. Espinal is a good doctor and explained well, wish my PCP would be as efficient and thorough as him. Highly recommended.

Klarity Health has been completely amazing in every way for me since I started seeing a doctor on the site a couple of months ago. I have been desperately needing psych treatment for a long time now, as I was treated in the past and my issues were worse than ever. Seeing a psych dr in my area is insanity, even with my insurance it is more expensive than Klarity, and also there is like an 8 week waitlist for every provider if they are even accepting new patients. Additionally I work an hour from my house and am a single mom and just simply can’t miss work once a month to go to the doctor. Klarity allowing for weekend appts has been a life saver. I was a bit skeptical when starting and then I took a very thorough test to assess my symptoms, and met with my provider. My provider is amazing, I could not be happier, she genuinely cares about me and has taken the time to get to the root of my issues. While my diagnoses are similar to my past experiences what she determined that others failed to was that one of my issues was the cause of the other two, and by focusing on the main source of the problem, the other two would most likely be eliminated. She couldn’t have been more right. Since seeing her my quality of life and mental health have been better than ever.

Double booked me and failed to notify me, doctor was “over it”. Go somewhere else!

When leaving a review about my care from Charles Wade, FNP-BC, if I wanted to, I could choose from terms to describe my experience with him. I could only choose three of the terms to apply to my review headline though. To start, Charles Wade provides effective care. He can be described as: knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, friendly, thorough, respectful, trustworthy, patient-focused, skilled, caring, efficient, supportive, empathetic, and he listens well. If I was permitted to choose all of those descriptive selections, I would have. I am very happy with my patient care from him! My previous bout with a virus included multiple emergency room visits, seeing a pulmonologist, a cardiologist, a doctor of osteopathic medicine, a neurologist, an otolaryngologist, a speech therapist, and months of respiratory therapy rehabilitation. Having it again, I began started mentally preparing myself for starting in on the previous line of recovery steps that I went through before. I tried a different approach this time by starting with reaching out to Charles. My weekend appointment with him was accepted and then my prescribed medications were ready for pickup the same day. I didn't have to start in on any of those other healthcare measures this time, thanks to this amazing nurse practitioner! I appreciate his out of the ordinary availability and his ability to treat my medical issues in just the way my body required. I can't recommend his excellent patient care services enough. This board certified nurse practitioner is the best provider I've come across. I recommend that you schedule your appointment with Charles Wade to see for yourself!

They are very professional and extremely accommodating

Amethyst Maxey had excellent reviews about her bedside manner. I was excited to see if she could help me and my debilitating anxiety in my search for better help than I am currently receiving. Instead, she accused me of intentionally lying to her about my medication history and criticized me for something that, according to her I should know because I am a pre-licensed counselor. Furthermore, when asked how much I drink, I responded not very often but I have been drinking more due to my anxiety, 1 drink a night, as of late. After this, she accused me of slurring my words and asked me if I was drunk right at that moment. I was shocked and horrified at her conduct and, more importantly lack of empathy towards a person struggling. I was even more stunned when she said I probably have Bipolar Disorder or Schizophrenia and should see someone else. Trying to diagnose someone within less than 20 minutes of conversation is unethical. I would not recommend Amythest Maxey or Klarity Health to anyone. I left my appointment feeling more embarrassed and unstable than when I went in. This is not how mental health providers should operate.

Yasser Espinal MD was a no show for an initial appointment (which he requested to be rescheduled). I rescheduled and he once again didn't show up and did not even inform me he would not be able to make it.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and guidance I’ve received from Mary McManus. She is truly an outstanding psychiatric practitioner who has completely transformed my life.
