Had an appointment at 1130 today..Noone…
Had an appointment at 1130 today..Noone messaged to cancel or tell me it was no longer available. I had1 invoice due that I was paying today. I waited in the waiting room a half hour, sent messages in chat and they deleted them all and then removed my appointment from today and left me with noway to contact them or get refills on mental health meds. Worst online mental health company ever! No phone call, no message Nothing. Wtf is wrong with you people People are suffering and this is how you treat them. Im surprised you dont have a million suicides on your hands. Worthless company, rude providers, who gaslite you and now im stuck again with no meds. I'd give negative stars if I could. Don't use this company. They are horrible with no communication and act like they dont give a crap about what you're going through.
