Worst Experience – Deceptive and Inefficient
Klarity has been one of the most frustrating platforms I’ve dealt with. During the hiring process, they assured providers that they wouldn’t charge for no-shows. That was a lie. Now, they expect providers to fill out a lengthy dispute form for every missed appointment; a form that takes 3–4 weeks to process. Tracking every patient no-show is nearly impossible, especially when patients are booking independently without proper confirmation. I even asked if we could be billed weekly or monthly to make it easier to manage, but that was ignored. Instead, you're charged $80 per booked appointment, regardless of whether the patient shows up or not. Honestly, I thought Zocdoc had issues, but Klarity is on another level of bad. Poor communication, broken promises, and an inefficient dispute system make this platform a nightmare for providers. Avoid if you value your time and sanity. Here's a sample of the dispute form: 1. Patient was not reachable: Attach proof of contact attempts, such as call logs, messages, or voicemails. 2. Patient double-booked or booked same day: Provide documentation of both bookings and note any readiness or timing conflict. 3. Outside scope of your practice: Share an intake form or patient message showing a condition, age, or request that falls outside your clinical scope. 4. Inability to fulfill patient medication requests: (e.g., unable to prescribe controlled substances, etc.) Confirm clinical inappropriateness or prescribing limitations. Upload visit notes or communication. 5. Provider availability conflict: If the platform allowed a booking outside your listed availability, upload a screenshot or brief explanation. 6: Verification – Patient Insurance Not In-Network: Select this if the patient claimed their insurance was accepted, but it was later verified as out-of-network. Please upload any verification attempts, patient-provided documents, or proof of out-of-network status. 7. Insurance not accepted 8. Other (please explain): Briefly describe the reason and include all relevant supporting documents.
