Klarity Health Reviews

The whole Telecare experience was but what really made me experience that much better was my doctor/providerShelly Alasti was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth. I love the way she let's you engage in your treatment plan. Zero complaints and I'd highly recommend Shelly Alasti to anyone that is unsure with what Dr/Provider.

Ethel was great. She is a very good listener and discussed options. I would recommend the Klarity service and Ethel as a professional.

I cannot begin to fully express how impressed I was with the service I received from Derek. He made me feel heard and valued. He went above and beyond to help me. I plan to recommend Derek and Klarity to all of the patients i see as a mental health therapist.

I cannot say enough great things about Charles Wade, my nurse practitioner. From the very first visit, he has been incredibly kind, understanding, and completely non-judgmental. Dealing with anxiety can be overwhelming, but Charles took the time to truly listen to my concerns and needs. He carefully prescribed the right treatment for me, and in such a short time, I’ve already experienced a life-changing difference. I’m so grateful that I stumbled across his practice online—it was the best decision I could have made for my mental health. Thanks to his compassionate care and expertise, I finally feel hopeful about the future. I give him five stars without hesitation and can’t wait to see where life takes me now that my anxiety is under control! Sincerely, Andrea Brown

I've been a patient of Dr Kauk for a year + now. These guys are flat out amazing. Dr Kauk has been nothing short of a miracle worker. From medication adjustmentments (reasonable asks), to appointment flexibility, to quick and most times after hours communication if needed, and I'm not going broke to get care. I'm without insurance so...says a lot. Needless to say, I can confidently say that Klarity and Dr Kauk have played a major support role in my sobriety. Thank you so much!

Dr Charles Wade is one of the best Drs I have ever had. That is saying a lot as I have only found three good Drs in my lifetime Including Mr. Wade. He is very knowledgeable and extremely understanding. He displays excellence in his professionalism and patient care. He genuinely cares about what you have to say and what you say you need. I highly recommend him for any of your care needs which also includes anxiety and ADHD management. You won't be disappointed. I have been seeing him a few months now and will continue.

Charles Wade is so professional. You can tell he is very caring and compassionate about really trying to help his patients. He actually listens to you and goes by that information to find the best help for you. He knows what he is doing. I have been dealing with things for over 5 years. Just by listening to me and asking the right questions he was able to find a combination that was effective right away. His knowledge is amazing!

Great and really easy experience! Easy to schedule appointments and refill appointments!

Good ppl. Results may vary. Don’t come for me..

The doctor I saw was fantastic. Great bedside manner, knowledgeable, listened well, and provided efficient service. I would highly recommend this service as they have fantastic doctors. Not online quacks.

Dr Love, is so knowledgeable and empathetic 🥹 I genuinely look forward to my appointments with her, and love being her patient! She listens to my every concern and makes sure she resolves every issue before the end of our appointment as well. 💛

I received medical help from Dr. Yakubova earlier this year. At the time I was suffering from a variety of symptoms, and she was able to accurately identify a solution for my health. While I was hesitant at the medications at first, I realized why she is a Doctor. My quality of life has improved significantly across the board from my relationship, to work, to school, and an overall life improvement. I can't recommend her enough, she is truly an amazing source of medical knowledge and is, in my opinion, one of the few in the medical field that cares not only about the solution for my medical problems, but as well as treating me like a human and showing care for my well being. She is a true medical professional through and through. Thank you Dr. Yakubova for everything!

Klarity proves to be a refreshingly streamlined telemedicine platform, and my provider Kate Graen is a consummate professional.

Dr. Ladson has been an incredible care provider in the time I've been with the Klarity group. 3 words are not enough to describe how wonderful my experience has been. Dr. Ladson has been top-notch thorough, respectful and patient-focused. He and the klarity group as a whole have really made a huge positive impact on my life. Thank you!!

My appointment went great, loved the doctor, very professional, responsible, and caring. Sonja S.

I cannot recommend Annika Alvarez highly enough! She is truly amazing. I've had the opportunity to work with some of the best providers in the mental health and weight loss space, and Annika stands out as *hands-down one of the most knowledgeable and caring professionals I've encountered* It's incredible how much she knows—her expertise is unparalleled, and her ability to explain complex concepts in a way that's easy to understand has been a game-changer for me. Beyond her knowledge, what truly sets her apart is her Compassion and genuine Care for her patients. She listens intently, provides thoughtful guidance, and tailors her approach to meet individual needs. I feel truly blessed to have her as my provider, and I'm grateful for the positive impact she's had on my journey. If you're looking for a provider who is not only highly skilled but also deeply invested in your well-being, Annika is the one!

Randy Kauk is an awesome provider who takes the time to explain treatment decisions, is very down to earth and above all, speaks to me, not at me or down to me. Her down to earth demeanor is disarming; and this comes from someone who basically lost all faith in the Healthcare system especially regarding psychiatry. Furthermore she is in a class of her own when it comes to communication and assistance after the appointment. When the pharmacy didn't receive an order for one of my medications, I messaged her after business hours and she had responded by the time they opened the next morning. This is unfortunately not common, especially in telemedicine. If you are considering trying video visits for your psychiatric treatment, and want to be treated respectfully by a provider you can count on, you absolutely want to book with Randy Kauk.

Dr. Gallagher listened to an addressed my concerns. She explain everything very thoroughly and worked with me to find the best pharmacy and price since I don't have insurance. I feel like if I have any concerns in the future she will be there to help me. I am feeling very hopeful and like I'm in good hands.

i was fount to be not eligible for the program and was initially refunded all but the consular's. however the next month i was billed again for the program. they did not stop my reoccurring billing even thought i was not eligible for their program until i contacted them and complained.
