Had paid for several follow ups, with no connection due to poor design of patient logging in verse doctor notified patient. I am a very bay professional I run a giant steel and erection company. On both of my zoom visits I missed I was logged on ,refreshed, reset, etc and never no connection. I. Between constantly starting over with klarity instructions to log into zoom , by time that goes on email gets sent minutes after appointment, all of which that time I am logged in. Mind you each time I had stopped work for 15 minutes each missed visit , there was about 10,000 an hour resources sitting idle;ie two cranes (2,000hr ea) and many labor crews. All I want is to get my prescription every month, I don’t need increased just what has worked for me for months. I am fine paying 25 dollar monthly prescription fee as your website says, just don’t want to continue to pay 60 to not even get my prescription. Respectfully Joe gardner

Good service. Dr. Labarge has for the past year, provided excellent service and diagnosis of conditions I though I just had to live with. Now I have a better perspective on life and feel more in control. Finally something that works. Thanks Doc, BC
I have nothing but good things to say about Klarity. From my initial assessment to follow up visits, and the speed and ease that prescriptions are sent in,it’s been a godsend for my ADHD treatment. My provider Sylvia is the best provider I have ever worked with. She’s so easy to talk to, personable and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I couldn’t be happier with her treatment. I highly recommend!
Nurse Practitioner Jacquel McCadney has been a great help on giving me the treatment I need and has been very flexible with her time and my time.
I wanted to contact a doctor who could diagnose my ADHD (I have since been diagnosed elsewhere.) She told me I would need a diagnosis from a nuerologist from somewhere else before she would treat me otherwise. All I wanted was a diagnosis, it's the entire reason I decided to use Klarity. If I need a diagnosis elsewhere, why would I even use Klarity? I feel like I wasted my money.
They have made getting diagnosed and treated for ADHD so simple. Text/email reminders for appointments are probably the most helpful thing. Anyone with ADHD should use these people
Excellent service.
My provider is understanding, compassionate and respond quickly to my request. Customer service is great and I have been using them for the past six months
Nurse Practitioner Holmstrom has been a great provider in addressing the concerns I had about treatment.
Went to Klarity for adhd meds, I was diagnosed as a child and have had little issue up until now. The nurse practitioner KO was 18 minutes late, and asked 3-5 questions then came up with this whole plan of therapy and lab tests with medication I had already tried which didn’t work. There was no real effort to discuss anything and all treatments seemed predetermined. Even questioned my original diagnosis from a medical doctor who specializes in the field. Alluded to this was anxiety and we ended the call at the 8-9th minute mark. Klarity itself had no remorse, and didn’t offer any solutions. Additional my friends used them and got a great visit, so I know they can do better. The whole experience seemed more like a cash grab than actual care. It’s cheaper, easier, and faster for me to see a brick and mortar physician than to use this service.
Terrible diagnosis procedure, terrible customer service. First of all if you have more than one condition going on, you may not be able to get service at all. When filing a claim, my ticket was not processed for 3 months and was only processed because I sent 2 more claims. And the result of explaining my circumstance led to nothing. So I got zero results from them on any front.
This appears to be a scam. All over their website and FAQs it says that the initial visit is $149 and it covers the whole first month and prescription. You wouldn't be charged anything else until the follow up the next month. I paid the $149, talked to a nurse practitioner, he prescribed a medicine. When I picked it up I didn't count the pills so I didn't realize it was only for 2 weeks. Then the doc set up another appt in the same month and charged me $59 (prior to the appt date that I did not agree to) without my consent or permission. When I pointed out that I should have had 1 month of medication and shouldn't have to pay anything until the next month, the guy literally just blocked the chat and shut down my account! So my money was stolen, I'm left with no medication (you are not supposed to go off cold-turkey) and no medical care. This is theft, fraud and malpractice
After Klarity took my 150$ to start getting care, my provider messaged me and proceeded to tell me I would have to come into their office for care, use my health insurance and also would have to pay ANOTHER fee to start all over (after ONE appointment) with their specific practice. The provider cited that a state measure recently posted, somehow just days right after my first appointment. Their own practice was over 3 hours away from our home and defeated the purpose of getting remote care to solve an access to care problem. The service was costly for just the intro appointment. The cost to maintain the prescription is not the verbiage they push on their website. It is not the 20-30$ it says, instead I was told it was almost 80$ a month plus the cost of the prescription. Furthermore, I reached out to primary care doctor to ask about recent changes at the state level for any treatment I got and was told that they were totally unaware of anything changing except for if you're using a controlled substance or stimulant (which was NOT the medication class I was prescribed). Klarity is not the trusted resource for needed care you think it is. They have the same model as Done. First, which is now in hot water for overprescribing stimulants and controlled substrances. Will never recommend this company for care for any reason. And so far I am still out for the 150$ we pulled from our HSA for care that we likely won't get back even though their own provider changed the terms of my care immediately following starting with them.
I have been a client for two months. I have yet to be able to seamlessly schedule my regular 30 day follow up for refills and med management. This month I started emailing July 9th. I have emailed six times and have received NO answers via email, support ticket, or my client portal. I'll be out of meds in two days, it's Friday, and I'm pretty sure these folks are in the wind. Just ridiculous. Don't waste your time.
I cannot get ahold of anyone…ever. My provider doesn’t answer. The info email doesn’t respond. The one phone number I can call sends you to a vm. Second time I am without medication
This site is wonderful. Had my first appointment today and the script I was a month behind on due to my last telehealth abomination (DoneFirst) was sent in while I was still in the meeting. My provider was thorough and you could tell she really understood this area of medicine. Plus I found she was likeminded in many other ways. I am in awe there is no monthly service fee like there is for Done ($79). And the extensiveness of this site and professionalism compared to the other is night and day. I spent a month approving a prior authorization and insurance through an initial provider with done telehealth and then they sent in my script through a sketchy NY doctor so my insurance didn’t even cover it. I know this is a review for Klarity, not Done, but I just want to emphasize how amazing this site is compared to my other telehealth experience. Klarity used actual medically sound adhd assessments and testing, had intake forms and asked way more questions, and their site is really easy to use. Not just a joke of a site like the last one (DoneLAST). A+++
So far everything has been great! An actual doctor spoke with me and took my concerns seriously. I used Done previously, but they ghosted me after the first month, hoping KlarityADHD continues being great as I move into the second month.

Laurie was very on-task, efficient, and seemed to know what she was doing very well. We covered a lot of ground in a short period. Listened intently, gently steered, put the big picture together and... See more

I would give them a negative review if I could. Low level providers. Seems like a DEI hires all around. Would not recommend.

I am very happy to find at home treatment and someone who listens to their patients.
Klarity Health receives a mix of praise and criticism from its users. Many reviewers highlight the professionalism and thoroughness of the providers, with several noting that their Nurse Practitioners are knowledgeable and attentive. Customers appreciate the convenience of the service, describing it as quick and easy, which saves them time compared to traditional in-person visits. However, a significant number of complaints focus on issues with appointment management and communication. Some users report difficulties reaching their providers through the patient portal, leading to frustration over missed appointments and unresponsive staff. Additionally, several customers express dissatisfaction with the perceived quality of care, suggesting that some providers may not meet their expectations.
