Laurie was very on-task, efficient, and seemed to know what she was doing very well. We covered a lot of ground in a short period. Listened intently, gently steered, put the big picture together and... See more

I would give them a negative review if I could. Low level providers. Seems like a DEI hires all around. Would not recommend.

Debra Zimmer is a rock star. She's very personable, honest, and has always answered my questions and never left me hanging. My appointments are never rushed. She not only asks about how my medication is working but also how I am doing in life. Her patience getting my dosage dialed in to perfect has been life changing.
Attentive, Responsive
For decades, I had problems with procrastination and depression. I finally reached out to Klarity and diagnosed with ADHD. I'm receiving counseling and medication from Klarity. I'm surprised how reasonable the price is too. It's less than a Dr. visit.
I am thankful to have the opportunity to discuss my needs regularly with a provider that cares and understands. I appreciate her!
Every single appointment I have had with this place has only been shown to me a day or two before the actual event. My medicine is just arbatrarily put in with no timing in mind and I am constantly getting randomly charged. Now my nurse/doctor had been giving me the run around for days, knowing I am almost out. All of that and I have no way of getting help or a new rep.
Only care about money. Exploit ppls addictions to make a profit.
Quick service and feedback. Thank you for answering my questions as well as getting my message to my provider.
My provider, Amethyst, is awesome! She has helped me solve a bunch of problems and feel like informed and safe while doing it
Every question I ever have is answered in a quick timely manner. Professional team and never have to worry about anything.
The experience is better than expected. With my own technical glitches updating devices and meeting/missing appointments, had very quick response rescheduling. Done with care and respect 🫡 for almost a year. Thank you Without life/career would be much more difficult
Most issues I've had could of been avoided if I would of taken time to understand their system and how it works. CHECK emails sent AND the PORTAL. Check make sure you request PRIOR to date. Anything that upsets system will cause delay. Also if can't find it search on how to do it. I had issues scheduling an appt early but once I figured out talked to provider within hours. Growing pains but well worth trouble. Works with you.
Ease and accessibility.
Tonya was very prompt, and professional and provided great service. She understood my situation and clearly stated all the details and terms of what was needed.
If you hate yourself and really like jumping through hoops and poor communication, this is the service for you. They have a super strict cancellation policy for patients (which is fine) but offer no support or communication when your doctor cancels on you over and over. Their support team barely speaks English and can not respond to very simple questions directly. Prepare to have all of your questions answered with form answers from their FAQ, even if it's not related at all. For example, when I asked how refills work, if I need to make a direct request or if I will get the email automatically, they responded, "we see your provider has filled your medication. Thank you for contacting Klarity." There are countless emails like this. The doctors are condescending, their assistants are completely unhelpful and send forms 10 minutes before an appointment that take 20 minutes to fill out and the provider will chastise you for not planning ahead. There is no real follow up for refills or conversation about how it's working for you. There is a form that I feel is barely addressed. It's like a quick turn Adderall farm whose goal after the first video meeting is to get you $25/month refill fee. It's cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for. And for me that meant an inability to get a refill because a pharmacy ran out of stock a few hours before my pickup and they refused to resend without me promising I would go away forever and never bug them again if they did. And they never addressed this at all. So, I'm out. Avoid at all costs. Edited to add: exhibit A. Their reply to this review.... Not addressing the key features of this review, picking 2 random things I said and putting their standard form replay. My issue is with doctors cancelling. That is not in the cancellation policy. I understood and agreed to the patient one. That was never the issue. I even wrote (fine) after that part. The issue was not running out of stock. I know there's a nationwide shortage I'm not an idiot. The issue was how it was handled. I swear I've never really had to write a review like this. I'm super educated, very easy to deal with typically. This was just flabbergastingly awful.
Always a great experience. For people like me that have a huge problem waiting, this company actually pay attention to their patients. You don't have to wait a whole month and forget stuff, you can just message your provider directly or talk to customer support. It is amazing!
Like how I can speak freely with my provider and work together for a positive outcome
Easy to navigate and very easy to use. My doc never hurries me or makes me feel like any issues or questions are not important to them. They take the time to really make sure you are getting the correct diagnosis and plan that is custom fit to your needs.
I go through a different doctor/prescriber each time I need a refill, I have to pay $50 for each doctor's application. My current prescriber hasn't been responsive for over a week.
I never got my medication. no answer from my provider. no help this month over all.
