DO NOT NOT NOT ORDER FROM FAVOR!
I’d give 0 stars if I could. They were OK before but they are horrible now. Our last order was stolen by the runner, who ghosted both us and Favor, but we waited for hours for food that never showed up. Favor said they’d give us a $6 credit (LOL. Really?) which they NEVER did. Nevertheless in a moment of weakness I tried again, because I love Wu Chow. I was assigned a runner and it said 45 min til delivery. Then a different runner and it said 50 minutes until delivery (20 minutes later). Then, a few moments later there was no runner and no time estimate. I cancelled my order. I feel bad for the local businesses who use them - they are losing money, and their reputations may be (unfairly) taking a hit. Favor may have once been good but now they are irredeemable. STAY AWAY.
