Lost two entire orders
Lost two entire orders. Impossible to get any refund or response from Favor itself; no way to address or report driver; directed to restaurant for all problems. Still haven't seen a refund. I use GrubHub now and it's been a much better experience; DoorDash was a little better than Favor, but not by much. Haven't tried UberEats yet, but until GH messes up I'll stick with them.
