Poor order resolution
9/20/22 Ordered Starbucks a trente pink drink and pumpkin muffin. My order was delivered by Bobby your driver and the name on the order was listed as Bobby. My receptionist gave the order to a rep at my facility by that name and he thought someone sent him food. I texted the company only to be given an apology. That doesn't replace my order or funds. Bobby has promised to get me lunch this upcoming Friday however this isn't his mishap. My name should have been given at starbucks to avoid this and it would have printed on my items that were delivered.
