Terrible
Terrible! This is the second time I've attempted to use Favor for a food delivery. I get the update that says the Favor driver is there picking up the food and my delivery will be here in a few minutes. Then all of the sudden the status said canceled. After waiting for 30 minutes just to find out nobody is delivering my food. This happened about a year ago and it just happened again. Lesson learned and will never use this company again.
