Event Tickets Center Reviews

My tickets were never delivered to me. Contacted customer service. First email stated there are no refunds. Second email stated they forwarded it. Still waiting to get refunded for them days later. Refunds may take 3-5 business days. However, only took 1-2 minutes to charge me for nothing. Edit: They refunded my purchase in full. Thank you. Corrected to 4 stars, due to it being primarily the ticket sellers fault for the inconvenience.

One ticket was transferred to my name but not the second. I had to spend time with the ticket takers who sent me to the box office, who sent me back to the ticket takers. Eventually we were admitted. And, the parking spaces were a long way from the theater in a place that I did not think was particularly safe.

Easy to navigate

Made a mistake in my tickets. Bought the wrong ones, I got the insurance and was told I couldn’t use it. Just out the money now. Terrible site. Would never use again!

This company over charged me. The tix for the event were only $22 each. I bought 3 tix and was charged $280. I thought I was on the event webpage but apparently this site was linked to it as well. Its a scam and a rip off and they refuse to refund my money.

Zero stars if I could. Two hours after I ordered the tickets I realized I’m not going to be in town so I tried to have it canceled. Apparently once purchased you get no refund. They did offer a store credit but again I can’t go and if they won’t cancel my purchase with full refund, why would I want to use this company ever again?

It is cumbersome and difficult to buy tickets this way. Adding to the stress is the statement that my tickets will be delivered by the date of the event. So it is possible that I spend hundreds of $$, drive to another city, and find out that a bot glitch has occured and I can't enter the concert.

It took me 3 times to get my tickets. The transaction was voided twice.

Timely communications received!

Purchasing the tickets were very easy not to complicated

I found the whole process confusing and complicated. It was not a straightforward method of buying tickets.

I still don't have the link to "print my tickets"

Arrived a 1/2 before the game only to sit in traffic for 45 minutes. Then find out all the parking was gone unless we wanted to park downtown somewhere and walk. I know Canada Day is busy but clearly the parking isn't being used for just those attending the games. I also noticed alot of wasted space in the lots which could allow forore vehicles. Ended up an expensive lesson since we just ended up going home.

Tickets were double the price then off the website my grandma tried to buy me these tickets and got absolutely scammed

Quick and easy. Nice to be able to see where the seats are in the theatre

It was easy to choose where I wanted to be seated and the amount I was willing to spend. The website was easy to get through to get where I needed to be.

I had an extremely frustrating and shady experience with Event Tickets Center (ETC). I visited their site to view ticket prices but did not complete a purchase—yet they charged my card over $1,200 without my authorization. I immediately contacted them (within an hour) to cancel, only to be told all sales are final, even though no tickets were issued, no confirmation was received, and no product was delivered. Their customer service was unhelpful and evasive. The only way to contact them was via email (which they ignored at first), and when I finally spoke to someone by phone, the assistant manager outright refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Even worse, when I asked if their resellers are legally licensed to operate in Georgia (a legal requirement), they refused to answer. They told me the tickets wouldn’t even be delivered until eight months later, which just seems designed to run out the clock on my ability to dispute the charge. This company acts like a scam operation—they process charges without consent, hide behind “all sales final” language even when nothing has been provided, and won’t offer basic transparency. Avoid Event Tickets Center at all costs. You’ll likely pay triple the actual value, get no real customer support, and risk losing your money altogether.

ABSLOUTELY AMAZING GAME WAS INCREDIBLE AND ALL THE KIDS HAD THE TIME OF THERE LIFE

This site engaged in predatory business practices and enables resellers to list tickets for sale that they have NOT yet even purchased at exorbitant prices and then charge a massive service fee on top and then deny you the ability to cancel your unfulfilled order with the rationale that they only facilitate the transaction. They claim to be a "resale marketplace", but you can't resell what you haven't yet purchased. In my case they are nothing but an inflationary marketplace enabling fraud and theft. I bought tickets from this seller assuming they directly represented the venue and immediately realized my error. When I attempted to call the merchant and have them cancel the order, they claimed there was nothing they could do. I have still not received my tickets. This is an awful company that uses shady and deceptive practices to make a profit.

Easy and quick with ability to find seats I wanted within my price appetite. The only downside is having to print physical tickets rather than getting an e ticket for Apple wallet.
