Zero stars if I could.Two hours after I ordered the tickets I realized I’m not going to be in town so I tried to have it canceled. Apparently once purchased you get no refund. They did offer a store credit but again I can’t go and if they won’t cancel my purchase with full refund, why would I want to use this company ever again?
