Easy to order tickets on this site and find seats together

Sent balcony and not mezzanine. I sent message to customer service and awaiting feedback to correct. And my purchase says delivery through smart phone and its now says will call which I will not do. Can refund if you cannot accomodate.

It was easy to get tickets. The only thing I wish, is that i would recieve my electriconic ticket right away. I get nervous that I am not going to recieve my ticket.

There was no handicap parking left. The intense summer sun was drenching our seats so we, and many others, had to seek out seats in the shade. Probably won't go back.

I felt misled after purchasing the ticket. Suddenly, the ticket wasn’t released, and the site mentioned it would only be available shortly before the event—which is still three weeks away. The website itself was quite confusing. I tried to cancel just a few minutes after making the purchase, but customer service refused, citing their policy. Overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. Ideally, once a ticket is purchased and the payment is processed, the ticket should be made available right away.

Didn’t realize I was buying from a reseller at more than twice the price. Why in US Dollars?

The show was fine, what was NOT fine was finding out at will call that we were charged 3 TIMES!!! the value for these tickets. We did not realize at the time of purchase this "company" is not affiliated with the venue. You got us once, never again!

Would like the ability to select specific seats

Tickets were high for the seats. We were in direct sunlight for at least 2 1/2 hours. Either the game needs to start later or a shade cover needs to be put above this section. $189.00 is a lot to pay to burn up like being in an oven. We had to leave our seats and stand up for 45 minutes in the shade so most of our time was spent away from our seats. We witnessed one person being carried away by EMS. I don’t know if it was from the heat or not but we would have had we not seeked shade for a while. I didn’t realize this wasn’t the venue’s purchase. Will never do this again!!!!

The ticket price was hugely inflated for seats that were somewhat detached from the game. Couldn’t see the entire field, couldn’t hear the sound system. I feel like I was scammed!

First of all the tickets were not seated together, second you overcharged and price gauged the tickets. You pocketed over $60 per ticket. The theater charges $32 per ticket and you charged $92 per ticket. COMPLETE SCAM! Will never purchase from this “company” again.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever in my life. We cannot access our tickets, even though the show is tonight. We have wasted two hours of our time on websites and talking with people with event ticket center trying to figure out how to find and download our tickets. They so far have been unable to help. And for all this frustration and wasted time we each had to pay $7.50. Outrageous.!!! totally disgusted and will never ever use this website again.

Sooo many fraudulent websites out there that looks legitimate. I purchased two tickets via EventBrite. I later received an email saying I need to ‘accept’ my tickets from someone named Allison. ????
