It was a great family event

It was so cold in there that my sister and I shivered the whole concert. We were froze by the time the concert was over. It was warmer outside. Aiden,Mackenzie, Dj and Parmalee were good.

Easy and helpful viewing and purchasing my tickets.

The venue was clean and the servers were very professional! The performers were funny especially Shuler King! Great merchandise as well! I will be going back!!’

I strongly do not recommend using this service. I bought tickets to the Royal Connedian Circus in Burlington using this service. The price on the website was 123 US dollars, which is equivalent to 180 Canadian dollars. In fact, the price of a ticket to the Royal Connedian Circus is 45 Canadian dollars. So I overpaid for the ticket four times more. I would recommend buying tickets from the Royal Connadian Circus seller website rather than from a reseller, which is significantly more expensive.

The tickets were not considered valid upon arrival to the event. They would not accept the downloaded copy and when the barcode was run, they stated the tickets were under the name of a different person and not me, the purchaser. Venue denied entrance. Eventticketcenter would not refund tickets or provide a reasonable solution to resolve issue. When I reached out to customer service, they stated that the seller provided adequate evidence that the tickets were scanned and/or used. Then explain why I was denied entrance by the venue?

Honestly, I had a terrible time accessing my tickets. I kept getting routed and rerouted via my email and couldn’t get a temporary password. Then when I tried to put a new one in the same thing happened. I ended up calling the ticket box office at the ballpark & having the printed tickets waiting for us at will-call. Not a good experience, not user-friendly!

This was my fourth concert there. I loved the Goo Goo Dolls.

Easy process

Do not use this site. I was charged double the price of tickets. Once I realized it wasn't the official source, they wouldn't provide a proper refund. Anyway, still glad I'm going to the show, but just go to Ticket Master instead. Cheers!

I was over changed for the tickets based on the base price, and was told to not our problem. Tickets shold have been ~55 each and I was charged ~165 each

Parking was crap. $40 to park. Has to use valet. Obviously they weren't there when we left so we had to go in to get our keys and then go find our own vehicle. Other than that I have no complaint.

Specify more in detail if there's a change in ticket, so that when you get there you're not confused why your ticket isn't going through and not knowing your seats had been changed- details would've been appreciated, otherwise new seats were fine.

I don't like that Events tickets outsources a simple survey that potentially keeps my prices high. There is really no need for a survey when a client returns to use the service. Event Tickets needs to drop Trustpilot or whoever you are as an entity and give me cheaper prices. I am sure you will never share this with EventTickets.

Missed the event I purchased tickets to due to poor communication from the ticket seller.

I was unable to download the 2 tickets to the pickleball tournament on my phone. It was not recognizing my password which was correct,

Getting my ticket was difficult, and I didn't realize I was paying $800 for a $55 ticket.

The concert was long and the entertainment excellent. Easy to get to venue with plenty of facilities and easy exit
