It was easy to get tickets. The only thing I wish, is that i would recieve my electriconic ticket right away. I get nervous that I am not going to recieve my ticket.
I would give zero if I could. I got to the stadium, scanned my tickets and they said they had already been scanned and I was denied entry. How do I get a refund?
I cannot download a functional app - the icon shows up on my phone but clicking on it will not open the app. Also I am unable to pull the tickets into my wallet - so how do I get the tickets to my phone if nothing else worked? Unfortunately this process doesn’t work for me as and as a result I find it useless and very frustrating.
This is a horrible experience. They can't even guarantee the tickets until a day before the venue. Will not refund the tickets even though they have not even provided them. This is red flag for a scam.
I purchased club level tickets. When we arrived at the stadium, they scanned our tickets from my iPhone wallet and they were general admission. After a discussion with the staff and showing them my emailed receipt for club level, they allowed us to enter. Once we were in, it was a great game. Concessions a little slow. Not the best experience in the world, but definitely not the worst.
I’d like to know why a Canadian event is being charged in USD.
After I bought them, it told me I will not get my tickets till the day before the event and I would’ve liked to have gotten them instantly
It was very simple to purchase my tickets, just a few clicks andvi was done. Got confirmation right away and my actual tickets in like 2 days or less.

Ordering and paying for my ticket was smooth and easy. The only thing that bothers me is the length of time it is taking to receive my ticket. It reminds me of an incident I had with a ticket broker when I ordered and paid for tickets well in advance of the concert and never got them.
It was horrible, I overpaid and didn’t even get the tickets I wanted actually got downgraded for the same price and my seats aren’t even together like the guy said they would be. Really would like a refund and I will never have anything good to say about this experience!
Charged me over $80.00 for Rodeo tickets that were only $20.00. They were the first thing that came up on google and ripped me off badly!

Ended up paying $40.00 more than the tickets were worth. Bad experience. Never again. Buyer beware and make sure you read the fine print.

The price was astronomical. Your mark up is disgusting. It was not clear on your site that you were a reseller. I am overall pissed off that we paid 4 times more than we needed to for an event that was nowhere close to sold out. You didn’t resell for a ticket holder, you resold tickets that you purchased moments after I selected them.
