Predatory and Unaccommodating
This site engaged in predatory business practices and enables resellers to list tickets for sale that they have NOT yet even purchased at exorbitant prices and then charge a massive service fee on top and then deny you the ability to cancel your unfulfilled order with the rationale that they only facilitate the transaction. They claim to be a "resale marketplace", but you can't resell what you haven't yet purchased. In my case they are nothing but an inflationary marketplace enabling fraud and theft. I bought tickets from this seller assuming they directly represented the venue and immediately realized my error. When I attempted to call the merchant and have them cancel the order, they claimed there was nothing they could do. I have still not received my tickets. This is an awful company that uses shady and deceptive practices to make a profit.
