I wish I would have paid attention to the fact that the tickets were NOT directly from the CLO. This site was the first to appear after my search. I am annoyed that I paid over face value.

The price is too much for the event at hand. At the park they are only $9.

The process to buy the tickets and get them purchased in one time on the website was a very nice experience.

Easy to get tickets, find them and purchase them!

I purchased baseball tickets based on information I read from the site. After my purchase, I immediately realized the game was an away game, even though I had specifically looked up games at the local stadium. I immediately contacted the company, and they informed me they did not refund purchases made in error. This lack of consideration amounts to thievery on their parts. They are keeping my money knowing full well I made a mistake and refuse to consider refunding me. This is despicable practice. I will never purchase another ticket for anything posted by this company, and I will make it a point to call them out whenever possible. If you choose to use this company, then know their “100% guarantee” is a lie.

Well, I paid almost 300 for tickets I’m now realizing I could have bought directly from the venue for 50 bucks each, so the upsale is outrageous. I can’t get my money back, can’t sell them, so yeah absolutely go f this site, will actively tell people as much as I can about not buying anything from this site. edit: thank you for your bad reply and nonsolution. the least that could have happened is when i immediately contacted you after purchase, i should have been allowed to cancel. i dont even have the tickets to resale, even though they are digital. still extremely unhappy, thank you for nothing.

I think the e-tickets should be made to be compatible with Apple Wallet. There are other “no screenshot” tickets that are supported in Apple Wallet (example: TicketMaster sometimes uses moving barcodes), I don’t see why EventTicketCenter/AXS can’t use the same. I would like to have one place where all my tickets live – my life is a queue and I can only be one place at a time. Let that queue be my Apple wallet.

The information was clear and concise. Placing the order was not complicated.

This was the worse experiences. My family bought me a ticket. When I spoke to customer services I was told because the ticket was downloaded it was not redeemable. No didn’t see this explanation in any print. When I arrived at the ticket box office on the actual ticket stub it shows a price of $14. I was charged $40+$8 fees for a $14 ticket. Total of rip off of $7.25. I do intend to file a dispute with my bank. I will contact the better businesses to report this this incident.

I think the app and backend have some issues. I kept trying to buy the same tickets within the time limit and they would show not available, but if I tried to fill in the form really quickly, it went through fine. Second issue is that you’re not including your taxes and fees and your pricing. I think the law today is that you have to do that. Even if that’s not the law that’s the right thing to do. Last issue is that your billing comes up as ETC*NEWY. Had no idea what that was and when I searched for it on Google, it came up as a restaurant in Manhattan. I almost did a charge back because I thought it was a fake charge and then I put together that it was the ticket. Highly recommend using a better Merchant label for credit card charges to avoid chargeback.

The venue didn’t provide a VIP experience, no separate line for VIP, same line as general admission, No early access too merchandise like other venues. Over serving patrons alcohol, drunk annoying people right in front of us, vaping and use of illegal drugs near us. No use of metal detectors, allowing back packs into the venue with out searches. I messaged the venue board about my experience with no response…… Venue was Eastern Idaho State Fair
