Event Tickets Center Reviews

This site is the biggest scam! I mistakenly bought my tickets from this site and paid almost 7x the cost of what tickets from the source were being sold for. After I figured it out, I couldn't get a refund or my order canceled. Save yourself and don't purchase from this site!

God experience

Well, I purchased my tickets on the website. It was a pretty easy process. I'm hoping to receive the tickets I bought well in advance of the event, and not the day before the actual event. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Got my tickets quickly.

It was easy.

I tried to cancel my order but could not do it even though I’d just completed the transaction. I asked for assistance with selling as my understanding you all are a resale location. Again no assistance

Complete rip off! My fault for not investigating further but I paid $72 apiece for tickets that I could’ve gotten through the black bears website for $12.50. Will never ever ever use your site again!

The game was awesome, however the experience with getting the tickets was HORRIBLE!!! I wish I could have gotten my money back for a few reasons: 1. I could never retrieve the tickets neither before or after I created an account. 2. I had to use the box office at the game and they were only able to give me two tickets and that was because on email showed two tickets. After pulling up the other emails that showed I purchased four tickets, then they released the other two tickets. 3. The same tickets I purchased online in the same section were half the price per ticket I paid and there were no fees associated. This experience has ruined buying tickets online for baseball games as I am a fan. I’ll just go to the box office from now on.

It was pretty easy but a seating map showing what the view would be or at least an explanation for the different prices would’ve helped a lot.

I was unhappy cause the site took me to a reseller I believe so I paid over double for the tickets.

I still did not receive my ticket via email or text

I am not computer savvy. I tried several times to get whatever I’m supposed to get….instead of having printed tickets or “ will call “. I don’t understand the process, and I am surprised that I was charged $8 for service fees…when I feel like I got no service.

Those tickets were scam, once I tried to get into the rodeo they told me they don't have a general admit. I have to buy a new ones.

I ordered my tickets and within an 1/2 hour the tickets were e-mailed to me, very fast service!

ease of use and clarity of instructions

Good service

The fact that I had to login to two different accounts to access these tickets and search for a random sender is ridiculous. I likely will not purchase tickets from this venue again. Best Regards, Natalie

This site is a complete scam and entirely a money grab. I just threw hundreds of dollars in their pockets for a comedy show I could have acquire all three tickets directly from the venue for less than one from Here. I will also be canceling this one credit card for suggesting this company.

Everything was timely and efficient and I got the tickets delivered to my email within a couple of days. Very good experience.

Y'all are a bunch of scammers. I hope this website gets shut down. Tickets were more than twice as expensive as anywhere else yet this was the first site to pop up when I searched the show. They also did a weird charge through Facebook which I found out because apparently it was fishy enough to set off the fraud alert through my bank. They had to cal me to confirm the charges and cancel my card because I never made any purchases through Facebook.
